Our Past Performance

Real programs. Real units. Real results — delivered by the people who lead this company every day.

Emberstone Innovations is a young company with seasoned leadership. Our founders and executives don't arrive at the table with theories — they arrive with track records. The performance documented here represents programs they personally managed, units they directly supported, and results they were accountable for delivering. That experience is the foundation this company was built on.

Medical Records Case Management

Our leadership team has hands-on program management experience in medical records case management, having directly supported National Guard units across multiple states. This is not theoretical knowledge — members of our leadership team managed these programs in the field, accountable for outcomes from day one.
