Analyze SOW/PWS requirements to develop deliverable schedules, compliance matrices, and reporting plans that ensure all contract obligations are met accurately and on time in support of government program objectives

  • Prepare, review, and submit contract deliverables, status reports, and required documentation in accordance with government standards, agency timelines, and contract performance requirements

  • Maintain organized, audit-ready contract files, compliance logs, and documentation trails to support inspections, oversight reviews, and program evaluations

  • Track contract modifications, funding updates, performance requirements, and corrective actions to keep Program Managers and Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs) fully informed and compliant

  • Develop and maintain compliance matrices aligned with PWS/SOW requirements to ensure no deliverable or reporting obligation is missed

  • Coordinate with CORs, program managers, and government stakeholders to align reporting cadence with contract requirements and mission priorities

  • Support corrective action planning, documentation, and follow-up tracking to resolve performance findings and maintain contract standing

  • Assist in preparation for government audits, performance reviews, and contract oversight inspections

  • Ensure all records are retained and managed in accordance with applicable federal regulations, agency standards, and contract-specific requirements

  • Serve as primary liaison between patients, medical providers, specialists, and government agency representatives to ensure continuity of care

  • Navigate benefits systems, referral processes, and medical entitlements on behalf of service members and eligible personnel

  • Maintain accurate and compliant medical case documentation in accordance with HIPAA, DoW/DoD, and contract-specific requirements

  • Monitor treatment progress and escalate cases requiring additional intervention or specialist coordination

  • Collaborate with military treatment facilities, VA systems, and community providers to ensure seamless transitions of care

  • Support medical evaluation board (MEB) and physical evaluation board (PEB) processes as required by contract scope

  • Provide regular status updates and case summaries to supervising personnel and government Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs)
